Teacher training plays an important role in our projects and VCM supports teachers and choir leaders at any stage in their development. Training can take the form of:
sessions prior to the start of a school or community project;
support and mentoring for non-specialist primary school teachers;
training days exploring the VOCES8 Method;
choral leadership days;
extended teacher training programmes across two or more terms.
Training is designed to help ensure long term, sustainable impact.
